Prior to assignment, all nurses are required to undertake an assessment in:
- Basic Life Support
- No Lift and Manual Handling
- OHS and EEO Induction (via online tutorial)
- Emergency Management (via online tutorial)
- Drug Calculations and Administration Test
All carers have a minimum of Cert III in Aged Care, First Aid, BLS, and Manual Handling and are Police Checked.
